Ermes CareConnect Services LLC is the parent company operating two distinct service divisions under registered trade names (“DBAs”). All services, contracts, communications, and billing are administered through Ermes CareConnect Services LLC.

CareConnect Home Care Services provides non‑medical home care, personal care, homemaker services, and companion support. CareConnect Transportation Services provides non‑emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and community mobility services.

All trademarks, service marks, and branding elements associated with CareConnect Home Care Services and CareConnect Transportation Services are the property of Ermes CareConnect Services LLC.
